For five generations, Maple Wood Farm has been dedicated to growing hearty, nutritious, and colorful potatoes for communities across the country.
OUR STORYSuccess Is In The Soil
It’s no secret in the agricultural community that the Skagit Valley soil is synonymous with quality and consistency. The moderate climate and the naturally irrigated soil make for ideal growing conditions. This region allows us to produce potatoes that are nutrient-rich, diverse in color, and have a soft and smooth skin finish you won’t find elsewhere in the U.S.

More pigment = more nutrients
The darker the potato skin, the more nutrients it contains—specifically antioxidants. Purple and red potatoes are some of the most nutrient-dense of the bunch!
